About Us
Our mature grounds are set in five acres of rural wooded countryside between Cardiff and Swansea, but only ten minutes drive from the M4 motorway. A family orientated, non-profit making club, run and maintained by its members. Relax on our extensive sunbathing lawns, or for the more energetic, there are boules courts, a shuffleboard court and our covered swimming pool, with seating area, where parents can oversee their children having fun. Meander naked along our peaceful woodland walks and look for the abundant wildlife. You will find many species of birds along with rabbits, pheasants and squirrels. Our clubhouse hosts regular functions, including fancy dress, quiz nights and dancing throughout the year and has a TV. Day visitors can use our kitchen facilities, i.e. fridge and microwave, for your own food and the obligatory kettle to make tea/coffee etc. Hot showers are located within a separate toilet block. We are open to visitors from the first weekend in April to the last weekend in October. ** |
